Privacy Policy

1. Overview

AgentLayer (the "Service") is operated by Elderithm, Inc. ("we"). The Service provides analytics that visualize AI crawler and AI-referral activity and cross-reference it with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password (stored only as a hash).

Data obtained via Google connection, with your authorization: read-only Google Analytics 4 statistics, read-only Google Search Console statistics, and the email address of the connected Google account.

Site measurement data: requests to your site (AI bots, referrers, etc.). IP addresses are irreversibly hashed before storage.

3. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide the Service's analytics — cross-referencing AI crawl and AI-referral data with your GA4 and Search Console data on your dashboard.

4. Google user data (Limited Use)

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Google user data we obtain is (a) used only to provide the Service's features to you, (b) not used for advertising, (c) not sold to third parties, and (d) not read by humans except with your consent, for security or legal purposes, or in aggregated/anonymized form.

5. Storage and security

Google connection refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect stored data.

6. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Disconnecting and deletion

You can revoke the Google connection anytime via "Disconnect" in the app, which discards the stored tokens. You can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you delete your account, related data is deleted.
